The Premier Greyhound Racing Classic final takes centre stage at Sunderland this evening, and Brindle Bully (T6) is given the vote to bag the £20,000 pot in what looks a wide-open decider.

Dave Mullins' charge hasn't been at his best from the get-go around this circuit so far, and dug deep to overhaul the reopposing Bramble Linton in the shadows of the post in the first round.

He gave that rival too much rope in the semi-finals, as he probably would have prevailed with a few more strides.

With those efforts under his belt, this imposing sort must have a big shout if bringing his A-game to the traps at 9.14.

In the ARC Standard Division one at 8.56, Untold Ruble (T1) followed up an impressive victory in the Puppy Cup final over this 450m with an unbeaten run to land the Angel Of The North at Newcastle in July.

This daughter of Droopys Sydney has been lightly campaigned since and, making little impact behind the aforementioned Bramble Linton last week, the return to lesser company should see her in a better light.

Toddys Thunder (T6) was thought highly enough of to take her chances in the St Leger at Perry Barr and endured a luckless semi-final run when sent off favourite.

She subsequently found things happening a bit too quickly in the Oaks and, if her latest below-par efforts are overlooked, this June '22 bitch is a big player in the ARC Stayers at 7.59.
